About Us
Incorporated in 2010, Keli Management is a boutique company built on five key principles;
Character
Measurable, accountable, definable, consistent, reliable, honest, integrity. All of these terms can be used to describe one value; Character.
Character is a reputation built upon daily to bring about trust. Acting in the best interest of the client is our business model.
Communication
It is popular to say that communication is the key, but what does that really mean? At Keli Management we think that communication is more than just accurate dissemination of information. It involves understanding the whole story and placing it in it’s proper context.
We feel that how you communicate is just as important as what you communicate. We believe in timely, complete and accurate facts. Most of the time a memo will do or an update at the next board meeting, but there are times when only personal attention will make the grade.
Creativity
It has been said, ‘Ask the wrong question, get the wrong answer’. We ask questions like ‘what if...’, ‘why not...’, ‘how can we...’. At Keli Management we choose to look at the world through the filter of abundance rather than scarcity.
National Geographic photographer DeWitt Jones says that to say that there is only one right answer is like going to Yosemite National Park with your camera and choosing to believe there is only one great shot. All the rest are hopeless losers. The park itself is screaming out, ‘How many cameras do you have? Point them at me and I’ll fill them up!’
Keli Management has great respect for proven best practices but we are always pursuing the next ‘right answer’. Just because it has always been doesn’t mean that it always has to be.

With nearly 30 years of experience in management, we have grown to embrace responsibility. At Keli we believe that excellence honors the client and inspires the staff. We understand what is required to ensure smooth operation, full compliance, and complete accountability.

Celebration
As a manager it is easy to settle into a model of crisis management. Basically an ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ mentality.
Happy employees are effective employees. When we recognize efficiency we encourage more efficiency. When an entity reaches a milestone, celebrating it inspires folks to take pride in their accomplishment.
Building strong communities, businesses and organizations with appreciated and content support staff is the goal of celebration.
